Madison Paige Barnhouse-Stephens

Madison Paige Barnhouse-Stephens, 26, of Doe Run passed away April 6, 2023, at Barnes-Jewish in St. Louis. She was born April 14, 1996, in St. Louis to David and Marcia (Myers) Barnhouse. She was a Girl Scout in her youth as well as an active member of the Farmington High Junior ROTC. In her free time, Madison loved watching Little House on the Prairie and the Waltons. Madison liked tattoos and took pleasure in her own.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Norman and Maude Barnhouse.

Madison is survived by her children, Wayne Lee Stephens, known as “Big Brutus”; Stepchildren, Gabe Stephens, Robert Stephens, and Patty Stumbaugh; parents, David and Marcia (Myers) Barnhouse. Grandparents, Larry and Bette Myers; Siblings, Jonathan Barnhouse, Meghan Barnhouse, Joshua Barnhouse, Jarrod Barnhouse and Jaxon Barnhouse, future nephew, Maverick. As well as many aunts, uncles, and other family members.

Graveside service will be held Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at 2:00 PM at Weiss Cemetery Doe Run. Memorial donations may be made to the Farmington High Junior ROTC and the American Cancer Society – Ovarian Cancer.
