Madge Rawlins

Madge Rawlins, 101 of Desloge passed away Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at Missouri Baptist Medical Center. She was born Wednesday, April 12, 1916 in Sligo to the late Otis and Minnie (Helms) Ferrell. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Milburn “Abe” Rawlins; brothers, Noble Ferrell and Raymond Ferrell;  sister, Bonnie Pettus. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Desloge.

Madge is survived by her son, Richard Joseph “Abe” Rawlins of Desloge; daughter, Vicki L. Polk of Imperial; grandchildren, Neil Rawlins, Kyle Polk, and Lindsey Polk; sister, Anna Lee Pettus; nieces, Bonnie Sue Burch, Trillie Archer.

Visitation will be Friday, October 20, 2017 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Desloge. Service will be Saturday at 11:00 AM with Pastor Bradford Laubinger officiating. Interment will follow at Parkview Cemetery in Farmington.
