Madeline Ervin

          Madeline Ervin, 82, of Desloge, passed away April 29, 2021, at her home surrounded by family.  She was born May 22, 1938, in St. Francois County.  Madeline was preceded in death by her parents Ralph and Rachel (Penrose) Coker and one son, Charles Lee Ervin.  Madeline was a member of the Bismarck Ladies Auxiliary Post. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.

          She is survived by her husband of 69 years, Charles E. Ervin; children, Judith Beedie and husband William, Dennis Ervin, Deborah Haefner and husband Don, David Ervin and Tina Ervin; grandchildren, Rachael Jones, Rheanna Wadlow, Charlie Ervin, Nathan Hamelback, Amy McFall, Ladonna Portel, Rebecca Snead, Lindsay Ervin, Lauren Bieg, Kaylon Haefner, and Paige Ervin; fourteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild; sister, Shirley Thurman; and brother, Don Coker.

          Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Tuesday, May 4, 2021, from 12:00 PM until the time of service at 2:00 PM.  Reverend Mike Barton will be officiating.  Interment will follow at Bismarck Masonic Cemetery.
