Lucille M. Strauser

Lucille M Strauser 90 of Desloge, Missouri passed away Wednesday September 28, 2011 evening at Jefferson Regional Medical Center. She was born April 22, 1921 in Sullivan, Missouri and was a member of the Desloge United Methodist Church and served as a past Rainbow Girl. Lucille retired from Valley Minerals in Bonne Terre.She was preceded in death by parents; Lewis Oscar and Gertrude (Martin) Shults; spouse, Harry Fay Strauser and brother, Warren Shults.Lucille is survived by son, Ron Strauser; daughter, Sherri Strauser; grandchildren Robert (Shannon) Strauser and Lisa Strauser; great-grandchildren, Sarah (Gary) Drury, Joel and Grant Strauser; great great-grandchildren, Keynen Drury and Kylan Drury; sister-in-law, Frances Shults; niece, Nancie Walters; special friends, Christopher and Marissa Akins.Visitation will be held Sunday October 2, 2011 at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge at 3 P.M. to 9 P.M. The service will be held Monday October 3, 2011 in the C.Z. Boyer and Son Chapel in Desloge at 11 A.M. with Pete Soens officiating. Burial will follow at St. Francois Memorial Park. Memorials can be made to Lung Cancer Association.
