Lisa (Thomlison) Hash

Lisa Ann (Thomlison) Hash, age 51, of Desloge passed away Friday, March 22, 2013 at St. Anthonys Medical Center. She was born December 29, 1961 in Ironton. She worked for Quality Health Care for over 27 years. Lisa was very loving and known to always have a smile. She is survived by her mother, Juanita (Boomershine) Thomlison of Desloge; father, Arvel Thomlison and wife Betty of Pilot Knob; brother, Richard Thomlison and wife Angie of Fredericktown. Visitation will be Monday, March 25, 2013 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Desloge. Service will be Tuesday at 11:00 AM with Rev. Henry Shelly officiating. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Leadington.
