Lisa Denton

Lisa LaVerne Denton, 66, of Nixa, MO passed away December 30, 2024 at Barnes Jewish Hospital. She was born October 31, 1958 in Bonne Terre, MO to the late Kenneth Wayne Klemp and Reva LaVerne (Snyder) Harris. She was a member of the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church of Nixa, MO. Lisa loved being outdoors, riding her horses and tending to her animals, especially her cat, dog, goats and chickens. She also enjoyed gardening and taking care of her plants. 

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brother, Gary Klemp. 

Lisa is survived by her husband, Karl Denton; two sons, Jerad Denton and wife Sarah Hueni, Cole Denton and wife Helen; one grandson, Bennett Denton; one sister, Lori Cook and husband Kenny. Several nieces, nephews, family and friends also survive. 

Arrangements are under the direction of C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home – Taylor Chapel in Farmington.
