Linn Henson

Robert “Linn” Henson, 64, of Valles Mines passed away May 9, 2016. He was born July 29, 1951 in Bonne Terre. He was a member of the Primrose Baptist Church and retired from the Doe Run Company in Herculaneum.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ewell Henry and Sophie Bell (House) Henson; son-in-law, John Love; four brothers, Forrest, Bo, Gene and Shirdell Henson; two sisters, Wanda Henson and Reva Koester.

Linn is survived by two daughters, Tracie Love (James House) and Lori (Rich) Stricker; grandchildren, Jakeob Richardson, Shane (Sara) Richardson, Cody (Shawntae) Stricker, Lance Love, Logan Love, John (Kristy) Love, Jim (Sheri) Gross;  great-grandchildren, Addyson, Sephus Waylinn Richardson, Tinzleigh Stricker, Jessica and Travis Love, Ashley and Hunter Gross, Kyra Love, Kami Kemper; two brothers, Jim (Sharon) Henson and Dean (Ellen) Henson; two sisters, Janice Boyd and Elsie (D.R.) Stroud; special loving friend, Barb Finley; daughter in his heart, Ashley Martin. Many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews also survive.

Visitation will be Thursday, May 12, 2016 from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre. Service will be Friday at 11:00 AM at the C. Z. Boyer & Son Chapel in Bonne Terre with Rev. Randy Murphy officiating. Interment will follow at Bonne Terre Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Safe Harbor Hospice.
