Linda Lou LaBrot

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Linda Lou LaBrot, who left us peacefully on Sunday, March 2, 2025, at the age of 80. Born on Friday, December 15, 1944, in Elvins, Missouri, to the late Charles "Jud" Glenda "Judy" (Young) Russell. Linda lived a life full of love and creativity 

A devoted homemaker, she spent countless hours in the kitchen whipping up delicious treats and entering baking contests, where she loved sharing her sweet creations with friends and family. Her passion for baking is where she truly shined.

 Linda is survived by her beloved son, Gary LaBrot, who carries on her spirit and love; siblings, Brenda Daugherty and Carolyn Heady, along with one niece, several nephews, family and friends.

 She was preceded in death by her late husband, Harry "Lee" Leroy LaBrot; sister, Charlotte McKinney; brother-in-law Dannie Heady and Benny Daugherty.

 Visitation will be held at St. Francois Memorial Park in Bonne Terre on Monday, March 10, 2025, from 11:00 AM service time of 12:00 PM with Todd McKinney officiating.

 In Linda’s honor memorial can be made to St. Jude Children Research Hospital. 

 Arrangements are under the direction of C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre.
