Linda HarperLinda J. Harper, 51 of Park Hills passed away March 23, 2013 at Parkland Health Center in Farmington. She was born January 28, 1962 in St. Louis. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her mother, Madeline DeClue and brother, Larry DeClue.Linda is survived by her husband, William R. Harper; father, Lawrence DeClue; four children, Robert Harper and wife Evelyn, Jason Harper, Chris Harper and wife Jessica, Amy Harper; nine grandchildren, Justin, Brendan, Chelsea, Peyton, Hayden, Nevaeha, Kydyn, Paige, Gabe; two brothers, Daniel DeClue and Johnny DeClue; three sisters, Chrissy Holt, Lisa Brady and Larri Laughlin.The family will receive friends Tuesday, March 26, 2013 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at the C.
