Leora Lee Hoffman

Leora Lee (Wagner) Hoffman, 88, of Bonne Terre passed away March 15, 2012 at Parkland Health Center in Farmington. She was born March 16, 1923. Leora was a member of the St. Matthews Lutheran Church of Bonne Terre, where she was active in the Ladies Guild and sang in the choir. She was also a member of the Terre Du Lac Country Club and golfed in the Tuesday Womens League. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilson and Clara (Mueller) Wagner; husband, Harold "Bob" Hoffman and three brothers. Leora is survived by two sister-in-laws, Dorothy Jane Wagner of Festus and Janie Wagner of Manchester; several nieces and nephews, and friends at St. Matthews Lutheran Church and Terre Du Lac Country Club.Visitation will be Monday, March 19, 2012 at St. Matthews Lutheran Church in Bonne Terre from 11:00 AM until Noon. Memorial service will follow at Noon. Burial will take place at a later date at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Memorials may be made to St. Matthews Lutheran Church. Arrangements under the direction of C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre.
