Laura Sipp passed away peacefully on Friday, May 24, 2024, at her residence in Valles Mines, Missouri at the age of 54. She was born on Tuesday, June 17, 1969 in Crystal City, Missouri to the late Floyd R. and Patricia L. (Flaherty) Marler.
Laura was a woman who cherished her family and church. She held a deep love for her grandchildren. Her strong-willed nature was matched only by her affection for animals, and she found solace in the presence of hummingbirds. Most of all she cherished her husband, he helped her find herself and what true love was supposed to be.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Michael S. Marler; sister, Vivian (Marler) Pope; brother-in-law, Donald M. Pope; father-in-law, Bruce L. Sipp, Sr.
She is survived by her loving husband Ronnie Sipp; children, Chelsea and Larry Broeker, Brian Spidel, Kaylin Sipp (Jason), Bailey Sipp (Garrett), Mike and Christy Sipp; grandchildren, Dalton Haverstick, Colton Broker, Tristan Coffman, Cyrus Berry, Sage Rodgers, Khalid Rodgers, Jake Laburay, Zoey Laburay; siblings, Floyd and Brenda Marler, Jr., Diane and George Chance, Shelia Meyer, Sandra and Walter Brown, Rick and Brenda Marler, Pam and Kevin Wilfong, Tim and Debby Marler, John and Heather Marler, Jeff Marler; brother in-laws, Bruce Sipp, Jr. Robbie and Jenny Sipp, Charles and Tonya Sipp; mother-in-law Linda Sipp along with many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. A special thank you to an angel from Mercy Hospice, Christen Pitts who was there for us during the most difficult time.
And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, "Look! God's dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. 'He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away." Revelation 21:3-4
A memorial visitation will be held at Gospel Light Freewill Baptist Church in Bonne Terre, Saturday, June 1, 2024 from 9:30 AM until memorial service time of 12:00 PM then a dinner will follow.
