Larry Smith

Larry Smith,79, of Terre Du Lac passed away Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at his residence. He was born Thursday, March 4, 1937 in St. Louis to the late Carter L. and Esther (Black) Smith. Also preceding him in death was his wife, Barbara (Green) Smith; daughter, Sheryl Renee (Smith) Christopher; and brother, Leslie E. Smith. Larry was a union carpenter for 59 years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and golf most of all.

Larry is survived by four children, Mark (Mary Beth) Smith, Randy (Judy) Smith, Brian (Keith Ross) Smith, Scott (Michelle) Smith; son-in-law, Wade Christopher; twelve grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.

A memorial visitation will be held Saturday, October 1, 2016 from 2:00 PM until the time of memorial service at 3:00 PM at the C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre with Pastor Scott Parker officiating.
