Larry Ray Wells

Larry Wells, 70 of Leadwood, passed away July 25, 2014 at Mercy Hospital in Crystal City. He was born July 17, 1944 in Mitchell to the late Samuel Edwards and Iva Jean (Haywood) Wells. Larry loved to work in his garden and he was a lifetime member of Desloge Eagles #3350. He is preceded in death by his parents; and two great-grandchildren. Larry is survived by his loving wife, Mary Wells; five children, Norma Jean Wells and fiancé Scott DeBlois of Irondale, Sandra Rae (Mrs. George) Parolin of Farmington, Patricia Lynn (Mrs. Roy) Smith of Doe Run, Larry W. (Rebecca) Wells of Irondale, and Sam D. Wells of Leadwood; thirteen grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; siblings, Sarah (Mrs. Phillip) Yeager, Debbie (Mrs. Larry) Skaggs, and Sam L. Wells; and dear friend, Donald "Duck" Akins. The family will accept friends at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Saturday, August 2, 2014 from 10:00 AM to service time at 11:00 AM with Rev.
