Mr. Larry Neil Ransom passed away Friday evening, Nov. 24, 2017, at St. John's Mercy Hospital in St. Louis County, at the age of 75 years, 4 months & 11 days. Larry was the son of John P. Ransom and Ruby E. 'Ball' Ransom & born in Esther, Missouri, on July 13, 1942. Also preceding in death was a brother, Donald Caree. Larry was US Army Veteran of The VietNam War.
Larry was a member of Farmington Presbyterian Church and retired from SEMO Mental Health Center in Farmington.
Survivors Include : his wife of 41 years - Bonnie Sue 'Berry' Ransom, of Farmington. A daughter, Tiffani Ransom, of Farmington. A son, Scott Ransom, of Claremore, OK; 4 sisters - Margaret Watts, of Desloge; Charlotte (& Ray) Hall, of CA; Phyllis Sherrill, of Desloge; Sue (& Richard) Bess, of Desloge. 3 Brothers - John (& Mary) Ransom, of Sullivan, MO; Jim (& Madonna) Ransom, of Farmington; Mike (& Lorraine) Ransom, of Cuba, MO. 5 grandchildren - Kyle Sovel, of OK; Brandon (& Brittany) Ransom, of Jefferson City, MO; Careea (& David) Richter, of Las Vegas, NV; Ryanne & Hunter Ransom, of Claremore, OK. Also, his good dog "Peanut."
Visitation : Tuesday, 6-8 p.m. & Wednesday, 6:30 - 8:30 a.m. at TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL
Visitation moves to Farmington Presbyterian Church & resumes at 10:00 a.m.

at : Farmington Presbyterian Church, with Rev. Bob Bullock officiating, assisted by Rev. Kevin Davis.
Entombment at St. Francois Memorial Park Mausoleum in Bonne Terre.
