Mrs. Larna Lillian 'Hicks' Pogue passed away Thursday morning, Nov. 30, 2006, at the St. Joseph Hospital in Hot Springs, Ark., at the age of 90 years, 7 months & 11 days. Larna was the daughter of William Gilbert "Bert" Hicks & Stella Maybell 'Isabel' Hicks. Also preceding-in-death were: her husband, after 66 years of marriage, Eugene C. Pogue (May 27, 2003); 1 Daughter, Patty Jean 'Mrs. Tom' Hampton; 1 Brother: Bert "Sonny" Hicks, Jr., & 2 Sisters: Hazel Alta "Billy" Hicks (in-infancy); Octa Lena "Jack" 'Mrs. Howard' Wagganer.
Larna was a member of Farmington First Baptist Church since 1945. She loved & enjoyed her family & friends & was a wonderful cook & homemaker.
Survivors Include: 1 Son: Jerry G. (& Mary D. Schramm) Pogue, of Hot Springs, Ark; 5 Grandchildren: Brian K. Pogue; Jeanna L. 'Hampton' Hennrich; Eric L. "Ric" Hampton; Bradley D. Pogue & Stephanie D. 'Pogue' Graves. 1 Sister-In-Law: Marie 'Braddy' Hicks, of Farmington. 13 Great-Grandchildren: Seth A. Hennrich; Spencer C. Pogue; Levi T. Hennrich; Kathleen G. Hennrich; Jordan L. Hampton; Abigail S. Hampton; Tyler Hampton; Devon C. Graves; Emily B. Graves; Ivy E. Pogue; Taylor J. Pogue; Whitney S. Pogue & Evan D. Pogue. 1 Great, Great-Grandson: Coby Augustus Hennrich.
Visitation: Sunday, 5-8 pm at Taylor Funeral Service, Inc. Visitation resumes, Monday, 7:00 a.m.
Funeral: Monday, 11 am, December 4, 2006,
at: TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL, with Dr. William C. Miller officiating.
Interment: Hillview Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Farmington.
