Kourtney Lynn Straughan

Kourtney Lynn Straughan, 21 months of Bonne Terre, passed away Wednesday, May 30, 2012.She was born August 26, 2010 at St. Anthonys in St. Louis.She was a beautiful and loving baby girl who was baptized at Centenary United Methodist Church in Bonne Terre. She was preceded in death by great grandparents, Lloyd and Verdell Becker, Martin and Elsie Straughan; great grandfathers, Warren Peter, James Grimes, and Walter Ransom; great grandmother, Juanita Ransom. Kourtney is survived by parents, James and Rebecca (Becker) Straughan; siblings, Karlie and Kyle Straughan; grandparents, George and Sandra (Grimes) Straughan, David W. and Penny (Peter) Becker; great grandmother, Patricia Peter; aunts and uncles, Tim and Lisa (Straughan) Phares, Jeff and Lori (Straughan) Hopper, Jackie Becker, Amy Becker, Kristine Becker, Adam and Katie (Becker) Casper. Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home of Desloge, Saturday, June 2, 2012 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM.The service will be held at The Sonrise Baptist Church in Bonne Terre, Sunday, June 3, 2012 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Paul Pope officiating.Interment will follow at Bonne Terre Cemetery.Memorials can be made for the benefit of Karlie and Kyle Straughan, at any Bankstar of Leadbelt branch, or a Charity of choice.
