Katie Lauck

Katie Pauline Lauck, 86, of Bonne Terre passed away August 1, 2017 at NHC Healthcare in Desloge. She was born March 13, 1931 in Savannah, Tennessee. Katie was a member of the Silver Springs Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William Edgar and Ruthie Leona (Brown) Burks; husband, Louis Lauck; daughter, Rachael Wirtz; sister, Frankie Speer; five brothers, R.D. Burks, Grady Burks, William Burks, J.W. Burks, Steve Burks.

Katie is survived by two children, Veronica Lauck and Dennis Russom; four grandchildren, Amanda Pusateri, Johnny Wirtz, Jr., Levi Wirtz and Kimberly (Rob) Sheehan; son-in-law, John Wirtz, Sr.; three sisters, Inez Dockery, Cathy (Jerry) Odom, Judy McNeal; brother, John (Eva) Burks. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Visitation will be Friday, August 4, 2017 from 10:00 AM until the time of service at Noon at the C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre. Interment will follow at Bonne Terre Cemetery.
