Katheryn "Kathy" Louise Marler

On Thursday July 8, 2021 Kathy Marler, loving partner, mother and grandmother passed away at the age of 64. Kathy was born on October 11, 1956 to Austin McClain and Mary Reinbold. Kathy was with her devoted partner Billy England for over 40 years.  Kathy loved the outdoors and had a passion for good old Rock ‘n’ Roll music, she enjoyed camping, fishing, and a love for animals. She had a very special cat “Bone” she also liked playing poker and bingo. But most of all she adored her children and grandchildren. Kathy was very family oriented she loved to be surrounded by them. She was preceded in death by her step mother: Delores McClain; step sister; step father, Johnny Barton: Peggy Roach. She is survived by her mother Mary (Dave) Reinbold, father Austin McClain, Significate other Billy England sons; Shawn (Melinda) Degonia, and Matthew Marler; grandchildren Shawn II (Heather) Degonia, ShyAne Degonia, Kiely Marler, Carter Marler and Camden Marler; great-grandchildren Kayden and Raiden; siblings, Austin L. McClain, Pam Ellis, Willie House, Susie Schneider and John Barton.  A Visitation service will be Monday, July 12, 2021, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at C.Z. Boyer Funeral Home in Bonne Terre. Vistation will resume Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at 9:00 AM until service time at 11:00AM with Father John Schneider officiating at C.Z. Boyer Funeral Home in Bonne Terre. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Bonne Terre. Arrangements are under the direction of C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre.
