Karen Forshee

Karen Elaine (Sexton) Forshee, age 54, of Festus, passed away Monday, November 16, 2020 at her home. Karen was born to the late Claude and Edith (Stinnett) Sexton in Festus, Missouri. Karen loved riding Harleys and spending time with family. She was a special person who always lifted those around her.

In addition to her parents, Karen was preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Gloria Forshee and father-in-law, Alfred Forshee.

Karen is survived by her husband, Mark Forshee; children, Jamie Forshee, Erica Forshee, Carl Forshee and wife Cassandra; grandchildren, Karli Glore, Brennon O’Brien, Nevaeh O’Brien, Aria Aschoff; siblings, Kimberly Sexton, Connie Lester, Cheryl Stinnett, David Stinnett and family, Cristy Rust and husband Moe; sister-in-law, Anita Turpin and her children, Donnie Turpin and Heather Turpin; a host of nieces, nephews, and a friend to many.

There will be a visitation Saturday, November 21, 2020 from 11 am until service time of 1 pm at C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home Chapel in Bonne Terre with Rev. James Parker officiating. Cremation to follow at Hillview Memorial Crematory. Memorial donations may be made to Diabetes Association. Face masks and social distancing are required.
