Julie Nicholson

Julie Nicholson, born on December 5, 1970, peacefully passed away on August 21, 2024, at the age of 53, at Southbrook Skilled Nursing Center in Farmington. She was born in Farmington, to Freddie “Fred” and Deborah (Lilly) Nicholson. A dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant for 26 years in various nursing homes, Julie touched the lives of many with her compassionate care and unwavering dedication to her patients.

Julie's legacy will continue to live on through the love she shared with her children and grandchildren, who meant the world to her. Julie found immense joy in spending time with her family, cherishing every moment spent with them.

She was preceded in death by her father, Fred Nicholson; grandparents, C.P. and Doris Lilly, Joe and Helen Nicholson.

Julie is survived by her children, Macey (Chris Sharp) Nicholson, Jacob Nicholson and wife Charlotte; eight grandchildren, Taylor, Brooklyn, Rilee, Dallas, Everleigh, Sophia, Noah and Chloe; mother, Deborah (Robert DeGrant) Nicholson; grandmother, Bonnie Keys; sister Katie Forrester and husband Larrell; nephews, Collin and Nicholas Forrester; great niece, Hazel and two great-nephews, Carter and River; along with other family members and friends that also survives.

The family of Julie Nicholson will be planning a private Celebration of Life at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge.
