Julie L. Skaggs

Julie Louise Skaggs, 49, of Bonne Terre passed away September 19, 2014. She was born September 7, 1965 in Festus. She was a member of Happy Grove Church of God. Julie is survived by her husband, D'wayne Skaggs; two daughters, Ashley Skaggs and Meagan Skaggs; grandson, Bryson Ely; parents, Noel and Judith (Byington) Price; two sisters, Connie Houston and Elizabeth Price; three sisters-in-law, Sally (Leonard) Bess, Charlotte (Leroy) Brown, Shelby (Mike) King; father and mother-in-law, George and Henriettta Skaggs. Visitation will be Sunday, September 21, 2014 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Bonne Terre Church of God. Visitation will resume Monday at the Bonne Terre Church of God at 9:00 AM with the service at 10:00 AM with Pastor Steve Clevenger, Rev. Leroy Brown and Rev. Paul Keith officiating.
