Julia "Nan" Hensley

Mrs. Julia "Nan" Hensley passed away Sunday night, September 20, 2015, at Farmington Presbyterian Manor at the age of 84 years, 2 months & 12 days. Julia was born on July 8, 1931, in St. Louis, Missouri, and was the daughter of George Everett Hurley and Mary Lillie 'Holt' Hurley Baker. Also preceding-in-death were: a sister, George Ann Taylor; one grandson, Colin Osterberg and step-father, Rollin Baker.

Nan was a member of Farmington First Baptist Church and enjoyed singing in the Senior Adult Choir. Nan volunteered at the Thrift Store & Farmington Public Library.

Survivors Include : her husband of almost 63 years, Norman Arthur Hensley, of Farmington. 3 daughters - Ellen (& David) Stippey, of Florissant; Kathleen (& Burton) Stewart, of Imperial; Carolyn (& Keith) Osterberg, of Herculaneum. 2 sons - Kevin (& Allyson) Hensley, of Farmington; Mark (& Boneta) Hensley, of Farmington. Also surviving are 9 grandchildren & 9 great-grandchildren.

Memorial Visitation : Saturday, 1-3 p.m.

Memorial Service : Saturday, 3:00 p.m., September 26, 2015

at : TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL, with Dr. William C. Miller officiating.

Interment at Sandy Baptist Church Cemetery, Jefferson County, MO.
