Judy Lynne Mills

Judy Lynne Mills, 56, of Desloge passed away August 21, 2014. She was born March 30, 1958 in Bonne Terre. She was a member of the Doe Run United Methodist Church. Judy retired from the St. Francois County Health Department and was active in the St. Francois County Relay for Life on the Breast Friends team. Judy is survived by her husband, Gary Mills; parents, George and Fern (Rosener) Sebastian; two sons, J.T. Black and wife Karen, Jordan Black and wife Jaimie; five grandchildren, Ethan and Rylee Gomas, Jaycie Wadlow, Emmett and Blane Black; sister, Linda (Mrs. Gene) Hites; two brothers, George "Tom" Sebastian and wife Denise, Ben Sebastian and wife Sherry. Several nieces and nephews also survive. A memorial visitation will begin Saturday, August 23, 2014 at 2:00 PM with a celebration of life service at 4:00 PM at the C. Z.
