Joseph Sidney Barnes

Joseph Sidney Barnes, age 64, of Bonne Terre, Missouri passed away Wednesday, January 22, 2020 at his residence. He was born December 3, 1955 to the late Joseph and Pearl (Kane) Barnes. Joseph had a love for fixing cars, cooking, and guitars. He enjoyed life, spending time with loved ones, making others laugh, and especially being a grandpa. He was kind, caring, and would help anyone if possible. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed.

In addition to his parents, Joseph was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.

Joseph is survived by children, NaTosha Barnes, Joey Letterman, and Kelleeta Wisdom; grandchildren, Breanna Mitchell, Gracie Howell, John Dale Wisdom, Kaidence Wisdom, and Eric Courson; one great grandchild due in March; and many other loved ones.

There will be a memorial service held 2:00 PM on Sunday, February 2, 2020 with Pastor Rick Steinc officiating at the Church of the Narrow Gate  301 S. Division Street Bonne Terre, MO 63628. Arrangements are under the direction of C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre.
