John Richard Walker

John Richard Walker, 54, of Desloge passed away March 29, 2012. He was born May 30, 1957 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He was a member of the Desloge United Methodist Church and an Honorary Lifetime Member of the Girl Scouts of America. He was preceded in death by his parents, Patrick D. and Dollie June (Dillon) Walker; brother, Bruce; friend, Frank Miller.John is survived by his wife, Melissa (Perkins) Walker; two daughters, Kristin Walker and Kalee Walker both of Park Hills; son, Jarrett Walker of Desloge; two brothers, Jarrett and Dale; best friend, Calvin Kelly; friend Tracy Walker; mother-in-law, Deborah Gamache; father-in-law, Wes Perkins.Visitation will be Saturday, March 31, 2012 from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM at the C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre. Service will be Saturday at 1:00 PM at the C. Z. Boyer & Son Chapel in Bonne Terre with Rev. Bryan Schaefer officiating. Burial will follow at Bonne Terre Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Girl Scouts of America or the National Kidney Foundation.
