John "Johnnie" Sullivan

John Arthur “Johnnie” Sullivan, 93, of Bonne Terre passed away February 21, 2018 at St. Joe Manor. He was born May 14, 1924 in St. Louis. Johnnie proudly served his country in the United States Army and was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church of Bonne Terre.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Octavia (Callahan) Sullivan; wife, Rosemary June (Pinkston) Sullivan; four brothers and four sisters.

Johnnie is survived by three children, Gary Ward and wife Nancy of Florida, Jim Ward and wife Judy of Desloge and Barb Yancey and husband Chris of Bonne Terre; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Visitation will be Friday, February 23, 2018 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre. A Funeral Mass will be held Saturday at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bonne Terre with Rev. Stephen Bauer officiating. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.
