John "Jack" Couch

Jack Couch, 72, of Bonne Terre passed away Friday, August 25, 2017 at Barnes Hospital. He was born Monday, August 13, 1945 in Los Angeles, California to the late Samuel John Couch and Doris (Cummings) Heaton. He was a Lifetime Member of the Desloge V.F.W. Post #2426 and proudly served his country in the United States Army.

Jack is survived by his wife of over 48 years, Deborah Ann (Boyd) Couch; daughter, Anna Lumley and husband Kevin; son, Garet Couch and wife Letisha; grandchildren, Sean, Kaitlyn, Justin, Taylor; and four great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Tuesday, August 29, 2017 from 5:00 PM until 7:45 PM when Full Military Honors will be observed at the C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre. Visitation and Services will resume Thursday from 8:00 AM until 12:00 PM at the Shawnee Tribe Community Center in Miami, Oklahoma with Paul Barton officiating. Interment will follow at 2:00 PM at the Johnson Family Cemetery near Okemah, Oklahoma.
