Joella Eden

            JoElla Eden, 80, of Desloge, passed away April 4, 2016 at her residence. She was born on February 13, 1936 in Desloge to the late Ben and Irene (Asbridge) Weitzel.  She was a member of the 1st Baptist Church in Desloge.

            JoElla is survived by four children, Ben and wife Debbie Eden of Bonne Terre, Tony and wife Lona Eden of Bellview, MO., Tammy and husband Dennis Schmitz of Atlanta, GA., and Terry and wife Jan Eden of Columbia, IL.; Larry Eden, father of their children; eight grandchildren, Craig Eden (A.J.), Aaron Eden (Vicky), Sarah Wicker (Jeremy), Jason Eden (Alicia), Mystie Green (Steven),  Jessica Engler (Dan) and Carrie and Aaron Wellman; eleven great-grandchildren.  

             Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. with funeral service at 2:00 PM at the C.Z Boyer & Son Chapel in Desloge with Pastor Bradford Laubinger officiating.  Interment will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Park Hills, MO.
