Joe Tatham

Joe Tatham, 66, of Park Hills, passed away September 10, 2023, at his home surrounded by family.  He was born September 19, 1956, in St. Louis, to the late Cecil and Agnes (Vitale) Tatham.  Joe was of Catholic faith and was a member of Steelworkers Local 39, out of St. Louis.  He enjoyed baseball, football, blues and Motown music.  Joe was a former stage decorator, where he set up concert venues.

He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Bob Tatham, Linda Guinn, Darlene Tippett; and special friend, Patricia Maher.

Joe is survived by his spouse, Gennese (Meshell) Tatham; daughters, Dena Duncan and husband Jimmy, Monica Gant and husband Keith, Danyel Tatham, Ashley Maher and fiancé Andrew White; grandchildren, Tristan Duncan, Alexus Johnson, Abby Reed, Cody Duncan, Ty Gant and Haley Duncan; great-grandchildren, Nathan, Maizie, Colt, Meko, Beau, one on the way; and best-friend, Al Ganaway.

Joe’s wishes were to be cremated and no services to be held.  Arrangements are under the direction of C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge.
