Jeffrey Lee Burkhart

Jeffrey Lee Burkhart, 51, of Farmington passed away July 10, 2018. He was born July 17, 1966 in Fredericktown. Jeffrey retired from the State of Missouri where he worked in Information Technology for several state hospitals and prisons.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Eugene Burkhart; mother, Darlene Mae (Chamberlain) McClure; sister, Robin Burkhart.

Jeffrey is survived by two brothers, Scott Burkhart of Farmington and David Burkhart of Phoenix, AZ; nieces and nephews, Allison (James) Blalock, Anthony Burkhart, Zachary Dees, Davey Dees, Andrea (Tristin) Gravitt and Gillian Kennedy; aunt, Carolyn.
