Jean A. Starner

Jean A. Starner, 73, of Park Hills, passed away August 3, 2014 at Southbrook Skilled Nursing Facility in Farmington, MO. Jean was born April 8, 1941 in Charleston, WV, to the late Charles L. Kingery and Georgia C. (Spencer) Frame; she was preceded in death by both of her parents and brother in-law, Emil Ferrell. Jean is survived by two daughters, Kimberly A. (Boyster) Skaggs and husband Randy of Bonne Terre, and Kristy M. (Boyster) Staats of Plant City, FL; four grandchildren, B. Michael Ritter, of Bixby, MO., Jacob I. Ritter of Salem, MO., Sierra M. Rock of Largo, FL, and Alyssa "Ally" N. Rock of Jacksonville, FL; two siblings, Virginia Leanore (Kingery) Ferrell of Hewett, WV, and Clinton Wesley "Thomas" Kingery and wife Ann of Okeechobee, FL, as well as several nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Inurnment will take place at George Hager Cemetery in Boone County, West Virginia at a later date.
