Janet L. Forsythe

Janet Forsythe, age 77, of Desloge, Missouri passed away January 6, 2011 at Mineral Area Regional Medical Center in Farmington. She was born May 23, 1933 in Flat River, Missouri. Janet was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church in Park Hills. She was preceded by her parents, Marvin & Letha (Nipper) Sikes; husband, John Forsythe; daughter-in-law, Robin Forsythe; grandson, John Matthew Forsythe; great-granddaughter, Lillian Olivia Hale; brother, Paul Sikes. Janet is survived by two sons, Dr. Stephen Forsythe & wife Loretta of Farmington, Scott Forsythe of Bonne Terre; four daughters, Susan (Mrs. Mark Martin) of Kirksville, Sherri (Mrs. Joe Caldwell) of Linn, Shelly (Mrs. Mike Chrisco) of Desloge, Stacy (Mrs. Bruce Marler) of Desloge ; grandchildren, Amy Forsythe, Kathryn (Christopher) Tucker, Emily (Kevin) Hale, Chris (Heather) Martin, Matt (Cynthia) Martin, Tyler Martin, Courtney (Scott) Stout, Camille (Jason) Mengwasser, Samuel Caldwell, Laci Forsythe, Lindsy Forsythe, Ashley Chrisco, Chase Chrisco, Austin Marler, Chloe Marler; great-grandchildren, Grant, Gracie, Savannah, Myranda, Camryn, Logan, Gavin, Malachi, Jadon, Levon, Elijah, Sophia, Shia, Cadence. Visitation will be 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Sunday (January 9, 2011) at C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Desloge with Prayer Service at 7:00 PM. Funeral Mass is 10:00 AM Monday (January 10, 2011) at the Immaculate Conception Church in Park Hills with Father Mark Ebert and Deacon Mike Burch.
