James "Moe" Franklin

            James Franklin, 58, of Park Hills, passed away July 5, 2020, at his residence. He was born January 9, 1962, in Festus to James and Eilleen (Robertson) Franklin. James was a member of the Bismarck Assembly of God.

            He was preceded in death by his mother, Eilleen Franklin; siblings, Sharon Marie Franklin and Calvin Province.

            James is survived by his parents, James and Brenda Franklin; siblings, Bill (Chris) Province, Peggy (Donald) Buffington, Christina Kensey, Phillip (Heather) Franklin; many nieces and nephews also survive.

            A memorial visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Thursday, July 9, 2020, from 9:00 AM until service time at 10:00 AM. Inurnment will follow at Bismarck Masonic Cemetery in Bismarck. Pastor Oscar Forrester will be officiating. Memorials may be directed to the family in care of C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home.
