James King, Jr.

James Russell “Jim” King, Jr., 64, of Farmington passed away June 9, 2020. He was born February 20, 1956 in Farmington to the late James R. King, Sr. and Rose (Beck) King. Jim was a member of the Farmington Elks Lodge 1765. He enjoyed drag racing, motorcycles and having a good time.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his sister, Sherry Ann Sales; two brothers-in-law, Lindell Kennon and Jerry Bob Lewellen.

Jim is survived by his loving wife, Tammy (Graham) King; four children, Roger Dale Davis (fiancé Dawn Parris), James Russell “Rusty” King III, Kristen Kays (Jeff Signaigo), Richard Cody Kays (Richelle Brenae); three grandchildren, Brittney Davis, James King, Joey Signaigo; seven sisters, Rose Kennon, Carol Jane King, Helen (Byron) Richardson, Dolores Lewellen, Barbara (Will) Shelton, Cathy (Allen) Thompson, Elaine (David) Easter; brother, John (Susan) King; brother-in-law, Tom Sales. Several nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.

A memorial service is being planned for a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home – Taylor Chapel in Farmington.
