Jack Johnson

Jack Johnson, 74, of Desloge, formerly of Esther, passed away Wednesday, September 30, 2015. He was born Friday, June 27, 1941 in Esther to the late William and Maude (Williams) Johnson. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by son, Jackie Johnson; brothers, Joe, Jim, Gene, Lee, Bill, and Charles; and sisters, Mary and Pauline. Jack is survived by one son, Tim Johnson and wife Pattie; daughters, Jill Johnson, Tina Crocker, Georgia Harris and husband Todd, and Ginger Golden and husband Chris; and one sister Pearl Underwood. Visitation will be Sunday, October 4, 2015 at the C.Z. Boyer & Son Caldwell Chapel in Park Hills from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Funeral service will be Monday, October 5, 2015 at 11:00 AM at C.Z. Boyer & Son Caldwell Chapel in Park Hills with the Rev. Greg McCord officiating. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Leadington.
