Mr. Charles M. "Jack" Hopkins passed away Thursday afternoon, March 5, 2015, at Missouri Baptist Hospital, in St. Louis County, MO., at the age of 82 years, 8 months & 11 days. Jack was born on June 24, 1932, in Farmington, and was the son of Charles Doughty Hopkins & Clara 'Ragsdale' Hopkins. Also preceding-in-death was a son, in-infancy, Charles David Hopkins.
Jack was: a US NAVY Veteran of the Korean War, and attended Pendleton United Baptist Church. Charles was a member of the Doe Run AF/AM Pendleton Masonic Lodge and a member of the Farmington Eastern Star Lodge. Jack worked for 29 years for the Missouri State Highway Department.
Survivors Include : his wife, Ethel Marie 'Wann' Hopkins, of Farmington. 2 daughters - Donna K. (& David) Nelson, of Terre du Lac, MO & Connie (& Scott) Young, of Farmington. 1 sister, Joyce Merritt, of Las Vegas, NV. Also surviving are 3 grandchildren: Jeremy Samuels, Sara Young & Sadie Young.

Funeral : Monday, 11:00 a.m., March 9, 2015
at : TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL, with Rev. Doug Tucker officiating
Burial at : Doe Run Memorial Cemetery
LeadBelt Patriot Guard Riders will lead the funeral procession to the cemetery for burial.
