Irma Cross

Irma Cross, 76 of Desloge, passed away Saturday, November 19, 2011. She was born March 22, 1935, in Leadwood, Missouri. Irma was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.Irma is preceded in death by her parents, Vester Penberthy and Beatrice (Marler) Penberthy; and three brothers, Denny Penberthy, Dean Penberthy, and Mick Penberthy.Irma is survived by her husband Martin Cross of Desloge, Mo.; two sons, Gary Cross and wife Nell of Marshall, Mo., Steven Cross and wife Patricia of Arcadia, Mo.; three daughters, Julie Hammers and husband Floyd of Park Hills, Mo., Lori Testerman and husband Bill of Marshall, Mo., Teri Cross of Desloge, Mo.; two brothers, Ruben Penberthy of Festus, Mo., Harold Penberthy and wife Billie of Leadwood, Mo.; one sister, Linda and husband Bernard Pashia of Potosi, Mo.; seven grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Leadwood on Monday, November 21, 2011, at 5 p.m. Services will be held on Tuesday, November 22, 2011, at 11 a.m. at C.Z. Boyer and Son Chapel in Leadwood with Pastor Bradford Laubinger officiating. Interment will follow at Leadwood Cemetery.
