Imogene Ketcherside

Imogene "Imo" Ketcherside, 87, of Desloge, passed away June 25, 2014. She was born July 20, 1926 in Leadwood to the late Laurence and Laura (Huff) Lucy. Imo was a member of the United Methodist Church in Desloge. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert E. Ketcherside; two grandsons, Bobby Ketcherside and Dale Mauk; and brother, Ernest Lucy. Imo is survived by three children, Darlene (Mrs. Ed) Swaringim of Ozark, Van (Beth) Ketcherside of Bonne Terre, and Dalana Mauk of Desloge; five grandchildren, Travis and Adam Ketcherside, Diane Mauk, Dorinda (Mrs. Ewell) Henson, Yvone (Mrs. David) Ruble; two step-grandchildren, Abby (Mrs. Rocky) Newsom, Tim Swaringim and wife Sharon; six great-grandchildren; three sisters, Lora Vineyard of Park Hills, Cora Hedgecorth of Bismarck, and Helene Sitzes of Park Hills. Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Friday, June 27, 2014 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and will resume at 9:00 AM, Saturday, June 28, 2014 at Desloge United Methodist Church. The service will be at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Park Hills. Memorials may be given to the Alzheimers or Diabetes Association.
