Ida Jo Whitaker

Ida Jo Whitaker age 79, of Farmington, passed away Thursday, May 27, 2021, at her daughter’s residence in Herculaneum. She was born on Tuesday, October 28, 1941, in Zell to the late Lloyd and Mary (Campbell) Martin. She was a member of Bismarck Assembly of God.  Ida loved her church and family and enjoyed crocheting and working in her flower garden.

She was preceded in death by her parents; loving husband Bobby Gene “Bob” Whitaker; and several siblings. 

            Ida is survived by her loving children, Becky West and husband Bob, Paula Keeling and husband Jim, Robert Whitaker and wife Gayle, Peggy Krichbaum and husband Bob, Mary Arnhart and husband Ron; twelve grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; sister Pearl Whitaker and husband Carl along with several nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.

            Graveside service will be held 1:00 PM on Saturday, May 29, 2021 at Antioch Cemetery near Caledonia with pastors Mike Barton, Sr. and Michael Barton, Jr. officiating.
