Hilda Lenore Barron

Hilda Barron, 75, of Park Hills, passed away September 17, 2015 surrounded by her loving family. She was born September 27, 1939 in Leadwood, to the late John and Grace (McClain) Burch. Hilda was a member of the 1st Church of God in Irondale, a UAW Union Rep and shop steward. Her hobbies were her grandchildren and great-grandson. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William Melvin Barron; siblings, Leon Burch, Leeman Burch, Alma Henderson, and Gene Burch. Hilda is survived by three children, Tonja Brown and husband Jeff, Karren Ganschinietz and husband Frank, Heidi McKee and husband Mike; seven grandchildren, Gibson and Reed Brown, Tharyn and Bradley Ganschinietz with finace Danille, Coy, Carter and Carson McKee; and one great-grandson, Brayden Ganschinietz; six siblings, Jewell Atkinson and husband Charles, Mary Asher, Norma Jean Hollinger and husband Billy, Randal Burch and wife Bonnie Sue, Georgia Faye Kitchell and husband John, Jerry Bob and wife Silvia. Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Sunday, September 20, 2015 from 12:30 PM to service time at 1:30 PM. Reverend Ed Watson will be officiating and assisted by Pastor Tommy Burch and Jeff Brown. Interment will follow at Leadwood Cemetery.
