Henry Ford, Jr.

Henry Ford, 79, of Bonne Terre, passed away peacefully at home, March 15, 2024.  He was born March 22, 1944, in St. Louis, to the late Henry F. Ford Sr. and Lilla Mae (Adams) Ford.   Henry was of Baptist faith and a member of UAW, auto worker’s union.   He retired from the Ford Motor Company after 36 years of employment.  Henry enjoyed riding Harley’s, restoring cars and motorcycles, as well as repairing all kinds of things.  Henry was very good at anything he wanted to do.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and first wife Doris Ford.

Henry is survived by his wife, Paulette “Penny” Ford and her children, William Laughlin, Christine Kurt, Daniel Laughlin and Timothy Laughlin; his children, Henry F. Ford, III, Terri Schulte and husband Roland, Trudi Ford, Jeannie Peruski and husband Al; four grandchildren, Crystal, Trevor, Becky and Jay; two sisters, Sherry Leigh DeShong and Bobbie Gayle Gould along with other family members and friends.

A celebration of life will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Monday, March 25, 2024, from 12:00 PM until the time of service at 1:00 PM.
