Mrs. Helen Virginia 'Weimer' Turner passed away Saturday night, December 16, 2017, at Farmington Presbyterian Manor, at the age of 88 years, 2 months & 17 days. Helen was born September 29, 1929, in Bonne Terre, Missouri, and was the daughter of Walter T. Cartee Weimer and Kathleen 'Lentz' Weimer. Also preceding-in-death were: her husband, Raymond Sylvester "Scatter" Turner (1983); a daughter, Barbara S. Turner (2013); a brother, Charles Myron Weimer; a half-sister, Lucille J. Miller and a half-brother, Walter C. Weimer.
Helen was a longtime, faithful member of St. Paul Lutheran Church of Farmington, and a member of the St. Paul Ladies Aid & Women's Club.
Survivors Include : a daughter, Marilyn D. Turner, of Williamsburg, Missouri. 4 grandchildren: Kevin Johnson, Timothy (& Jennifer) Johnson; Michelle Johnson and Elizabeth Kirchhof. 8 great-grandchildren: Kacie G. Johnson, Joshua Ray Johnson, Kaden Johnson, Skyla Johnson, James Badger, Asa Bodenhorn, Hunter Schroer and Connor Schroer.
Visitation : Monday 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Funeral : Monday, 1:00 p.m., December 18, 2017
at : TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL
Interment follows at : Lutheran Cemetery - Farmington
