Harriet Gamblin

HarrietE. (DeRousse) Gamblin, 77, of Bonne Terre passed away May 28, 2014 at NHCHealthcare in Desloge. She was born September 28, 1936 in Festus. Harriet was amember of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bonne Terre. She retired as manager ofLakeview Retirement Home where she also worked as a C.N.A. She loved flowersand working in her garden.Shewas preceded in death by her parents, Bernie and Stella (Bauman) DeRousse; twodaughters, Karen Mackley, Linda ONeal; two grandchildren, Ricky Weber, CaseyGamblin; sister, Bernadine DeRousse; three brothers, Robert DeRousse, AlbertDeRousse and James DeRousse.Harrietis survived by seven children, Robert (Shellie) Gamblin, Junior (Margita)Gamblin, Kevin (Jennifer) Gamblin, Dean Gamblin, Debra (Arthur) Corcoran, Janet(Bill) Dubnasky, Wanda (Kenny) Shelby; numerous grandchildren andgreat-grandchildren; sister, Opal White; two brothers, John (Betty) DeRousse,Bernard DeRousse.Visitationwill be Sunday, June 1, 2014 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the C.Z. Boyer &Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre with a Prayer Service at 5:00 PM. Service willbe Monday at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bonne Terre withRev. Bill Baier officiating. Interment will follow at St. Francois MemorialPark.
