Harold Pratte

Harold Eugene Pratte, 86 of Farmington, passed away Wednesday, January 29, 2014 at Country Meadows Nursing Home. He was born April 12, 1927 in Esther to the late Lydle and Esther Ellen (Center) Pratte. Gene served in The United States Army during the WWII era and served stateside. He was a teacher and counselor for several years at the Desloge High School and continued as a counselor at Mineral Area College and Southwest Missouri State.Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Friday, January 31, 2014 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The service will be held in the C.Z. Boyer and Son Chapel, Saturday, February 1, 2014 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Bradford Laubinger officiating. Interment will follow at Marvin Chapel Cemetery in Bonne Terre. Memorials by be given to Mineral Area College.
