Gloria Travis

Gloria Ann Travis, 61, of French Village passed awayJanuary 3, 2014 at Mineral Area Regional Medical Center. She was born January7, 1952, the oldest of seven children, in Hastings, Michigan. Gloria loved hergrandkids dearly and was also a devoted animal lover. She was preceded in death by her father, GeraldBritten and one brother, Bobby Britten.Gloria is survived by her husband, Jerry Travis; twodaughters, Amber (Mrs. Jeremy) Smith and Ashley (Mrs. Chris) Dolan all of BonneTerre; three grandchildren, Jordan Smith, Macie Smith and Hailey Dolan; mother,Dixie (Leonard) Britten of Hastings, MI; five siblings, Jerry Britten, ChrisBritten, Gary Britten, Ruth (Mrs. Randy) Patterson and Sylvia Britten; specialfriends, Judy Queen and Francis Britten. Services will be scheduled for a later date. Arrangementsare under the direction of C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre.
