Georgena G. Pirtle

Georgena Gladys (Scarlett) Pirtle, 84, of Park Hills passed away August 10, 2017 at Southbrook Skilled Nursing Center in Farmington. She was born March 22, 1933 in Bonne Terre. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lester and Irene (Barron) Scarlett; grandson, Richard Dylan Webb; brother, Carl Lee Scarlett.

Georgena is survived by six children, Regina Webb of Bismarck, Lee Webb of Park Hills, Linda Webb Nixon and husband Terry of Hopewell, Diana Pirtle Winch Pullen of Park Hills, Laura Pirtle Reeves and husband Les of Park Hills, Robert Pirtle and wife Mary of Park Hills; eleven grandchildren, Apreal Wilson Hutchison and husband Boyd, John Nixon, Matthew, Emily, Melissa, Sean, Jake, Jada, Zoey, Alia, Tonya Sebastian Pirtle and husband Alfred; six great-grandchildren, Austin, Hailey, Kaylee, Adaline, Kyle, Shae; one great-great-grandchild, Bentley.

Visitation will be Saturday, August 12, 2017 from 2:00 PM until the time of service at 3:00 PM at the C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre with Rev. Sidney Laxton officiating. Interment will follow at Bonne Terre Cemetery. View obituary and share condolences online at www.www.czboyer.com
