Fred Willard

Fred Willard, 72 of Bonne Terre, passed away Tuesday, December 27, 2011 as a result of an automobile accident.He was born May 8, 1939 to the late Edward and Belle Willard.He was an active member of the Knights of Columbus and St. Vincent de Paul food bank at Immaculate Conception Church.Willard managed local Wal-Mart stores for 19 years and was currently employed by USA Drug.He will be missed by many family members, friends and his church family. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Nadine Willard all of Shelbyville, Kentucky; son, Greg Willard of Bonne Terre. Fred is survived by his wife of 51 years, Brenda (Jones) Willard; sons, Jeffery (Diana Grimes) Willard, Matthew (Joel Lappe) Willard, Aaron (Tammy Martin) Willard; daughter, Laura (Mrs. Scott) Bockenkamp; grandchildren, Lindsey, Jared, Julie, Brittany, Karissa, Colin, Olivia, Caraline Willard and Erica, Brianna, Gregory Bockenkamp; great granddaughter, Isabella; sisters, Rita Chambers, Margie Cruse, Linda Haydon, Betty Linn Whisman and Beverly (Rod) Brown; brothers, Johnny Willard and Darrell Willard of Shelbyville, Kentucky. Visitation will be held Friday, December 30, 2011 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge.The service will be held 10:00 AM Saturday, December 31, 2011 at Immaculate Conception Church in Park Hills.Interment will follow at Immaculate Conception Cemetery.Memorials may be made to the St. Vincent de Paul food bank of Immaculate Conception.
