Frank Richardson, 88 of Desloge, passed away, May 3, 2015 at Presbyterian Manor in Farmington. He was born August 16, 1926 in Brandenburg, Kentucky, to the late Frank Richardson, Sr. and Elizabeth (Harrington) Richardson Morman. Frank was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Park Hills, where he was active with United Methodist Men's group and a leader of the Fellowship Class. He was a Rotarian for 50 years, fifty year plus member of Elvins Ionic Masonic Lodge, and a member of the Scottish Rite. He is a WWII Navy Veteran on the USS Guam and an Alumi of Auburn University. Frank was a District Manager at Union Electric and retired after 42 years. He was active in the community in so many ways and volunteered for Meals on Wheels for over 10 years. Frank was also a recipient of the Paul Harris Fellowship Award. He is preceded in death by parents; first wife, Norma Jean (Bequette) Richardson; four sisters, and two brothers. Frank is survived by wife, Rosemary (Vineyard) Richardson; two daughters, Ann (Mrs. Philip) Schwarz of St. Louis, Gina Richardson of St. Louis; 4 step-daughters, Barbara (Mrs. Barry) Wilfong of Farmington, Roberta (Mrs. Ron) Schrum of Desloge, Patty (Mrs. Doug) DeBeer of Chesterfield, Kathy (Mrs. Jim) Ritter of Columbia; one grandson, Tyler Schwarz; 11 step-grandchildren, Alex (Julie) Schwarz, Emily, Ellie, and Tommy Wilfong, Austin, Sam, and Jackson Schrum, Greg (Mandee) DeBeer, Jeff (Ashley) DeBeer, Joe, and Tim Ritter; 2 step-great-grandsons; and sister, Jean Holmes. Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Thursday, May 7, 2015 from 5:00 PM until the Masonic Service at 7:00 PM. The service will be held May 8, 2015 at First United Methodist Church in Park Hills at 11:00 AM with Rev. Eddie Bone officiating. Interment will follow at St. Francois Memorial Park in Bonne Terre.
