Fern Maxene Pinkerton

Fern Maxene Pinkerton, 87, of Herculaneum, formerly of Bonne Terre passed away July 28, 2012. She was born April 6, 1925 in Hiram, MO. She was a member of the First Congregational Church in Bonne Terre. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edgar and Effie (Hicks) Mayfield; husband, William J. Pinkerton; child in infancy, James York; daughter, Sherri York; sister, Merle Smith. Fern is survived by two children, Susan Pinkerton of Arnold and Robert Pinkerton of DeSoto; three grandchildren, Erika Fitzsimmons, Mark Rodgers and Nick Pinkerton; two great-grandchildren, Chloe and David Pinkerton. Memorial service will be Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at 2:00 PM at the First Congregational Church in Bonne Terre with Rev. Deborah Lawson officiating. Arrangements under the direction of C. Z.
