Mrs. Faye Ella 'Hall' Sago, age 86, went home to be with the Lord Jesus Christ on June 28, 2010. Mrs. Sago moved from her home in Park Hills, Missouri, to Florence, Alabama, in March 2007, to live with her eldest son, Alvin Lee Sago, and his wife Marcia. She was born October 14, 1923, to the late Roland Elijah and Mamie Miller Hall, in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Mrs. Sago was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Alvin Lester Sago; her siblings: Donald Hall; Gale Hall; Kenny Hall; Jerry Hall; Maxine Link and Wanda Young. She is survived by 3 sons: Alvin (Marcia), of Florence, Alabama; Shelton (Jane), of Farmington; and Michael (Margaret), of Meraux, Louisiana; and her daughter, Rita Faye van Straalen (Kees), of Clio, Michigan. She is also survived by her sisters: Sue Scott, of Imperial, MO; Molly (Tom) Keaton, of Farmington; Jo Ann Hoehn, of Panama City, Florida & 1 sister-in-law: Thelma Neubrand, of Desloge. She leaves 10 Grandchildren; 9 Great-Grandchildren and numerous other relatives & friends.
Mrs. Sago worked for the Flat River / Central Public School District for many years; retiring as the School Secretary at Central Elementary in 1986. She was an active member at Park Hills First Baptist Church and a member of The Keystone Class. Mrs. Sago was an avid bowler and card player, and enjoyed watching her children and grandchildren participate in athletics. She loved, and was deeply loved by, her family. She will be fondly remembered as a hard-working mother and grandmother that delighted in preparing her familys favorite meals.

Funeral : Saturday, 11:00 a.m., July 3, 2010,
at : TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL, with Rev. Stephen Brownfield officiating.
Interment : Leadwood Cemetery, Leadwood, Missouri
